Complete noob, pretty shy too...help anyone? I'm falling hard for someone and don't know how to flirt/talk to them at all. Not sure if she's straight and don't want to make a fool of myself. I just try to be open and find out if they're gay or not. Just chat and maybe ask if she has a significant other. It sounds dorky but it's a way to find out...

make eye contact frequently...do the usual flirty thing. if she responds, either continue, or ask her out for coffee or something. there's no harm in that...just some coffee. if you want to know if she's straight or not, ask if she has a boy/girlfriend, or ask her if she goes to your local GLBT association..
lol um i dont think thers a 'way' to flirt.





see when im talking to this girl (that i like) there is usually a lot of giggling, and there is some touching or something. just like how girls and guys flirt.





i dont think you try and flirt you just do.
gay flirting is all about subtle signals . even the right wing politician who got arrested in the bathroom was doing a version of this . it has its social risks , but in a gay hating society , its the code of the road .
