i guess its a low self steem issue, most girls who often get tons of attention from guys have it....so try to find out wether she has self steem issues or not. if shes like the perfect confident girl and is in sports or whatever find out what her interests are,her hobbies, places she likes to visit, for example if she loves puppies and always goes to an animal shelter, then do the same, act like u love puppies

Try saying hi o her sometime. If she talks to you, then you know that at least she doesn't hate you. Maybe ask her for her AIM screen name, and talk to her on there, so don't have to deal with the pressure of people listening in on your conversation. If you two become friends, you could go to the movies or the mall or something as friends, but if it works out, you could ask her out. Sometimes life isn't as hard as it seems when you get help. (:
how i flirt with my crush is i talk to him on the phone and text him. Find her phone # and call her. Its ok if u hav no confidence. Neither do i when it comes to things like this. Just try it.
start the conversation with i like cats. and that will start something. give her your phone number and wink then walk away strutting your stuff.. this will work.
